Hello! My name is Joshua Blanchard and I’m the owner of Blanchard & Company, LLC. I started this business out of a realization that many businesses rely heavily on technology. Whether it’s data management that’s easy to access and always available even when devices fail, network design that is fault tolerant allowing you to get the work done when you need it done, or physical security protecting your investments, technology is a cornerstone of a business’ growth. The problem is, not everyone has the time and energy learning how to optimize a network or create RAID arrays allowing your data to always be protected. Technology can be time consuming and confusing. But that’s why this business was started. To take the burden off of your shoulders and allow you to run your business.
I personally started in media and arts. As a fulltime job I was a Technical Director, Front of House engineer, and videographer and photographer. I started learning IT out of necessity to do my job well then realized that it was the technology that I was most interested in, not the art. Albeit I still enjoy the art as well. I then transferred to an IT role as a Systems Administrator then later to a Systems Engineer. I’ve since worked on managing enterprise level networks, multi campus Security and Access control totaling over 400+ camera’s and hundreds of electronically controlled access doors and gates. I’ve setup and managed tools for device management, vulnerability scanning, firewalls, VOIP, and Cloud systems.
I have been incredibly blessed to have learned such a wide verity of systems in the technology industry and my goal is to use my knowledge of these systems to help you run your business effectively, efficiently, and securely.
