This policy explains what information Blanchard & Company, LLC ("we", "us") collects through this website, https://www.blanchardco.net, and how it is used. If you have questions, email josh@blanchardco.net.
Information you send us
When you use the contact form, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number and organization, along with your message. This information is emailed to us so we can reply to you. We use it only to respond to your inquiry and to follow up about the services you asked about. We don't sell it, rent it or use it for unrelated marketing.
If you email or call us directly, we receive whatever you choose to share in that conversation and use it the same way.
Spam protection
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people apart from automated bots. Turnstile may process information about your browser and device to do this. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and roughly where visitors come from. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. We use this only in aggregate to improve the site. You can learn more in Google's privacy policy and opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
The site doesn't use advertising cookies. If you sign in to the site's admin area, a session cookie keeps you logged in.
Hosting and service providers
The website is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes standard request information (such as IP addresses) to deliver and secure the site. Contact form messages are delivered by Cloudflare's email service and received in our Google Workspace mailbox. These providers handle information on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms.
The contact card download
The "Add Contact" button on the Connect page downloads a standard contact card file. It doesn't collect any information from you.
How long we keep information
Contact form messages are kept in our email for as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of our conversations with clients and prospective clients. You can ask us to delete your messages at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing josh@blanchardco.net. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Children
This website is intended for adults and businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
